What are the benefits of being a Stamp of the Week Member?
You get an exclusive stamp delivered to your door EVERY WEEK at a special price.
You can purchase ANY past Stamp of the Week for $4. It will take 24 to 48 hours in order for you to see the member price of $4.  Non-members cannot purchase Stamps of the Week until they are released once per year.
What is the cost of the Stamp of the Week?
$5.79 – that INCLUDES SHIPPING. {$7.79 International}
What kind of stamps are these?
Red Rubber at its BEST! Unity manufactures ALL their own stamps RIGHT AT Unity Stamp Company! Made RIGHT HERE in the good ol’ USA. Each stamp is pre-cut perfectly by our SWISS CNC machine. The stamps are mounted on cling foam – and can be used with ANY acrylic block! You will LOVE them! Ask our current customers!
When will my stamp ship?
Stamps are automatically shipped to you each week.
What methods of payment do you accept?
For Stamp of the Week subscriptions, Unity Stamp Company currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover via your online subscription.
How does the Stamp of the Week Membership work? Please read carefully – it is different than the Kit of the Month and SMAK Memberships.
Our Stamp of the Week subscriptions are recurring – weekly. You will automatically receive your very own Stamp of the Week each week until you wish to cancel your subscription.

If your credit card is denied or expired, please contact us with a NEW number immediately, as we will have to charge a $5 processing fee for denied or expired credit cards.

Is there a membership commitment?
Yes. The Unity Stamp Company Stamp of the Week requires an initial 3 month commitment. After 3 months, you may cancel at anytime. If you cancel before the 3 months has been filled there is a $15 penalty fee.

Can I skip a weekly stamp?
No. We do not allow skips on the Stamp of the Week. Once you sign up for a subscription, you must receive the Stamp of the Week each week for 3 months.

When will my credit card be charged each week? 
Your card will be charged the moment you sign up and on the same day of the week, each week after that, for 3 months. You can sign up at anytime during the week. The CURRENT WEEKS STAMP will be sent out to you IMMEDIATELY. Your stamp will ship on the SAME DAY each week. Example: If you sign up on a Monday – your stamp will be shipped out Tuesday and every Tuesday following that until you cancel your subscription.

Can I buy the Stamp of the Week without signing up?
The Stamp of the Week will NOT be available for individual purchase until there is a release party of past Stamps of the Week. There will be one release party per year featuring all Stamps of the Week on the Unity Website. The stamps will be available for $6.50 each – no discounts will be allowed on these stamps at the time they are put on the website. They will always be exclusive NON-Sale items. They will not retire.

If I sign up, can I get the stamps that I have missed?
Yes! Stamp of the Week members will have special access to purchase PAST Stamps of the Week.

Cancellation Policy:
This is a recurring subscription, which means it does not end until you notify us. If, after 3 months you wish to STOP your subscription to our Stamp of the Week – simply send an email to andrea@unitystampco.com  Please include in the SUBJECT LINE: Cancel my Stamp of the Week.
Please Note: We DO NOT refund completed payments/or accept RETURNS of Stamp of the Week. When you OPT to cancel your Stamp of the Week it ends with your NEXT scheduled payment. Weekend and Holiday cancellations do not happen until the next business day – please keep that in mind.

Need to update your information?
If you have any changes to your subscription, such as an address or name change, please contact us right away by sending an email to andrea@unitystampco.com

Do you ship internationally?
Of course we do! Please be aware that First Class Mail International does not provide tracking numbers. Unity Stamp Company cannot be responsible for the package once it is shipped. If you would like to include a tracking number and insurance you may choose to upgrade your shipping to USPS Global Priority Mail. (International and Canadian orders – please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery).

What if my shipment is damaged?
Please email andrea@unitystampco.com within 5 days of receiving your damaged kit.

What if my stamp is lost or stolen?
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this case, you will need to take it up with your local delivery person.
