Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Unity Stamp Company is here to offer you the finest quality products available. We want you to be satisfied with each and every item you purchase from us.

We accept returns up to 30 days from delivery date. If you should wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us in writing within 10 days of receipt of goods. Such writing shall state material facts of the nature of the concern. The item must then be returned in its original packaging within 30 days, and contain the packing slip for proper credit.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance on returns. We recommend you insure the package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until credit has been issued. Store Credit will be issued upon return of the product in good condition.  Credit is considered a discount on your order, therefore not counted towards promotional item amounts.

Unity is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes or duties that your country may charge.  These fees vary from country to country and may change often.  Please check with your customs office for more information.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or does not arrive?

Unity ships via USPS and UPS.

Unity is NOT RESPONSIBLE for LOST or STOLEN ITEMS. In the event your package does not arrive and is lost in the shipping process-- you will be need to contact your local USPS facility with your tracking information to file a claim.

 

What if my package went to the wrong address?

If an incorrect address has been provided to us during the checkout process we have 2 options: 

-contact your local post office with your tracking information to see if they can forward your package to you.

-wait until the package has been returned to us-- at this point we will correct the address and the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Shipping Time Frame: 

All orders ship out within 5-7 business days from our facility. Timeline from the time it leaves our facility will vary depending on location.
