What kind of stamps are these?
Red rubber at its BEST! Unity manufactures all stamps in-house, right here in the USA. Each stamp is pre-cut perfectly by our Swiss CNC machine, mounted on cling foam, and ready to use with any acrylic block. Our customers LOVE them – and you will too!
When will my kit ship?
Your kit ships 5 business days after your payment is processed. Payments recur monthly on the same date you sign up. For example, if you sign up on the 12th, your payment recurs on the 12th each month and ships within 5 business days. You can change your shipment date under your Membership Account.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How do the Membership subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are recurring monthly. You will automatically receive your kit each month until you choose to cancel.
Can I skip a monthly kit?
Yes! You can skip under your Account in the "subscription" tab. Be sure to skip before your payment date, as we cannot refund processed payments.
Can I purchase past kits?
Yes! Members can purchase past kits at membership prices + shipping. This becomes available a few days after your payment is processed. Non-members pay full price + shipping.
When will my credit card be charged each month?
Your card is charged immediately upon signup, then on the same date each month. For example, if you sign up on the 12th, your payment recurs on the 12th monthly. Update your card or address under your Account in "subscriptions." For failed or expired payments, update your info or email info@unitystampco.com for help.
Cancellation Policy:
Subscriptions continue until you cancel.
Cancel under your Account in "subscriptions" (dropdown on the right) and select "cancel"
OR email info@unitystampco.com and we will assist you with your cancellation.
– We do not refund completed payments or accept returns on kits. Cancellation ends with your next scheduled payment. Weekend/holiday cancellations process the next business day.
Need to update your information?
Update address, name, or payment info under your Account > "subscriptions" and email info@unitystampco.com to confirm internally.
Do you ship internationally?
As of July 1, 2022, we do not accept international subscriptions due to shipping costs.
What if my shipment is damaged?
Email info@unitystampco.com within 5 days of receiving your kit.
What if my kit is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with your local USPS.
