What is the cost of Membership Kits ?

What kind of stamps are these?

  • Red Rubber at its BEST! Unity manufactures ALL their own stamps RIGHT AT Unity Stamp Company! Made RIGHT HERE in the good ol’ USA. Each stamp is pre-cut perfectly by our SWISS CNC machine. The stamps are mounted on cling foam – and can be used with ANY acrylic block! You will LOVE them! Ask our current customers!

When will my kit ship?

  • Your first kit is shipped 5-7 business days after your payment is processed. Your kit payment will recur every month on the same date that you sign up. If you sign up on the 12th, your payment will recur every month on the 12th and your kit ships within 5-7 business days. If you would like to change your shipment date you are now able to do this under your Membership Account. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • Unity Stamp Company currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover via your online subscription.

How do the Membership subscriptions work? Please read carefully.

  • Our subscriptions are recurring – monthly. You will automatically receive your very own Kit each month until you wish to cancel your subscription.

Can I skip a monthly kit?

  • Yes. Find your skip option under your Account by clicking into the "subscription" tab.  Be sure to skip PRIOR to your payment date, we will not have the ability to refund your payment once it is processed. 

Can I purchase any of the past kits?

  • Yes! As a member, you are able to purchase PAST kits  at the membership price + shipping. This is effective a few days after your payment has been processed. Non-members can purchase the past Kits at full price + shipping.

When will my credit card be charged each month?

  • Your card will be charged the moment you sign up and will be processed.  Your kit payment will recur every month on the same date that you sign up.  ex. If you sign up on the 12th, your payment will recur every month on the 12th. 
  • If you need to update your credit card or address – you can do that right under your Account by clicking on "subscriptions".  If your payment comes back as declined or expired, you may also update your payment method inside of your account OR contact info@unitystampco.com for assistance. 

Cancellation Policy:

  • This is a recurring subscription, which means it does not end until you notify us. If you wish to STOP your subscription –  Go into your Account and click "subscriptions" there is a drop down on the right hand corner of each subscription with options to cancel, skip, and update your billing information.  We would also love an email to info@unitystampco.com to notify us - we need a chance to say Goodbye.
  • Please cancel your membership by 5 days prior to your payment date.
  • Please Note: We DO NOT refund completed payments or accept RETURNS of Membership Kits. When you OPT to cancel your Kit, it ends with your NEXT scheduled payment. Weekend and Holiday cancellations do not happen until the next business day.

Need to update your information?

  • If you have any changes to your membership, such as an address or name change, or update your credit card – Simply access your account and click "subscriptions" to make the necessary changes.  We would also love an email to info@unitystampco.com to notify us - just to be sure it is communicated internally as well! 

Do you ship internationally?

  • As of July 1, 2022 - We are currently not accepting SIGN UPS internationally due to rising shipping costs.  

What if my shipment is damaged?

  • Please email info@unitystampco.com within 5 days of receiving your damaged kit.

What if my kit is lost or stolen?

  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this case, you will need to take it up with your local USPS location to file a claim.
